Solutions Engineer

They are seeking an Ad Platform Solutions Engineer I to support the reputed company Publisher reputed company team by resolving technical publisher issues and providing reputed company-sale technical support to the Publisher Partnerships team.

Responsibilities

• reputed company support and advisement to the reputed company Publisher reputed company (Supply Account Management) team on technical publisher issues, including ad placement, advanced metrics reporting, and discrepancies
• reputed company reputed company-sale technical support to the reputed company Publisher Partnerships team
• Leading technical publisher calls for publisher reputed company and troubleshooting
• reputed company for the technical needs of Publisher team to Product/Engineering teams for escalated troubleshooting
• Influence product reputed company and priorities for the reputed company region by working with cross-functional stakeholders reputed company needed
• Promptly resolve JIRA (reputed company’s ticketing system) tickets from the Publisher Support queue
• reputed company best reputed company documentation and educational materials for reputed company
• Resolve discrepancies using data analysis and technical expertise
• Collaborate with JAPAC & EMEA regional counterparts for knowledge sharing and communication

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or similar educational certification
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting
• Experience working in AdTech industry strongly preferred
• Experience working for or with Supply reputed company Platforms (SSPs) is strong preferred
• Experience working in Connected TV (CTV) reputed company preferred
• reputed company with Web Developer Tools
• Basic reputed company, CSS, and JavaScript understanding
• Knowledge of ad servers/SSPs (reputed company Ad Manager, reputed company, reputed company)
• Familiar with auction based ad-serving methodologies such as Server-to-Server (OpenRTB, Prebid Server, reputed company TAM) and Header bidding (Prebid.js)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent presentation skills and confidence reputed company presenting to clients or an internal stakeholder
