Occupational Therapist / OT (Home Health)

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients’ functional abilities, reputed company personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities in their home environment and reputed company personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients’ ability to reputed company daily living tasks (e.g., dressing, bathing, cooking)
• reputed company patients and caregivers on techniques and reputed company equipment to promote safety and independence
• Monitor reputed company and update care plans based on patient reputed company and changing needs
• Document reputed company and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary home health team

Skills

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• reputed company state license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as an Occupational Therapist
• reputed company BLS, hands-on CPR certification
