Loan Operations Specialist

The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for general loan-reputed company administrative duties including monetary processing, loan maintenance, and ensuring reputed company and accurate processing of loan transactions and requests.

Responsibilities

• Process reputed company maintenance requests in a reputed company manner with supporting documentation and appropriate approvals as applicable
• Promptly process reputed company requested monetary transactions (advances, disbursements, payments, wires) with appropriate supporting documentation and approval as applicable
• Review and monitor insurance policies and reputed company expiration. Follow up with borrower, agents, or other representative as necessary to obtain reputed company policy confirming applicable loss payee clause and coverages. Set up and update applicable ticklers with reputed company policy information. Image policies to applicable loan file
• Review daily reports to ensure maintenance, on-boardings, and transactions were processed accurately; follow up with any corrections or adjustments and document on report
• Accurately reconcile reputed company applicable loan accounts. Follow up with outages and work to resolve quickly
• reputed company reputed company payoff quotes with appropriate authorization from borrower. Ensure collateral releases are processed reputed company and overages are returned in accordance with departmental procedures
• Establish incoming loan files ensuring reputed company applicable documents are appropriately stored
• Image reputed company incoming loan documents and/or supporting documents relative to the loan

• Daily processes reputed company loan statements and billings
