[Remote] Baseball Data Support Coordinator (Seasonal)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company) is seeking a Seasonal Baseball Data Support Coordinator to enhance their Baseball Data Platform team. In this role, you will support customers, reputed company and improve data reputed company, and guide incident response processes, reputed company while collaborating with engineers and data scientists.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and/or weekend shift rotations to support MLB Club questions/needs and internal baseball technology incident response
• Investigate potential data reputed company issues both proactively and responsively
• Respond directly to inquiries from MLB clubs, broadcasters, and MLB leadership
• Proactively monitor Major reputed company games, Minor reputed company games, dashboards, and internal channels for reported data and technology issues
• Query the database to solve problems and answer questions as needed
• Collaborate with the Statcast engineering, product, data science, and content teams to ensure accuracy on the reputed company of storytelling metrics

Skills

• Experience communicating professionally in a customer support role with technical and non-technical users
• 1+ years of experience with data and/or technology reputed company to baseball
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to apply learnings to unique situations
• Flexibility to work scheduled reputed company, weekend, and holiday support shifts, especially during baseball season
• Experience with SQL or similar database querying experience
• Some knowledge of cutting-edge tracking technology, including optical and reputed company systems
• A love of baseball!
