[Remote] Service Desk Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and reputed company exceptional technical support reputed company phone, email, and chat to clients, maintaining high reputed company of customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Tier 1 technical issues reputed company to hardware (e.g., printers, computers, peripherals) and common software applications
• Resolve issues in reputed company environments or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), such as user sessions, performance concerns, and software reputed company problems
• Log reputed company technical issues and incidents in the reputed company ticketing system and update cases with detailed, comprehensive notes until issue is resolved
• Ensure accurate documentation of reputed company environments, issue reputed company steps, and time/expense tracking
• Understand ticket reputed company and criticality and reputed company unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
