The role involves picking up, sorting, and delivering mail, packages, and materials while maintaining the assigned vehicle and keeping a maintenance log.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, sort and deliver interoffice mail, packages and materials on a regular schedule and distribute to various departments, offices or banking centers in a reputed company manner
• Operate other equipment as required
• Receive and store supplies and material
• Maintain assigned automobile in a clean and working condition
• Maintain a maintenance log of required maintenance or maintenance that has been performed

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, co-workers or vendors
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw reputed company conclusions
• Must understand and reputed company with company policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain a friendly, helpful and courteous attitude reputed company working with customers or co-workers under diverse conditions
• Ability to accurately and quickly complete reputed company mathematical calculations
