College IT Support Technician I

reputed company is seeking a College IT Support Technician I to reputed company service to reputed company, staff, and reputed company utilizing college computer systems. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware and software, as reputed company as coordinating with vendors for multimedia equipment installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance involving computer hardware and software
• Resolves issues over the phone, email, or walk-ins
• Monitors requests through completion and performs reputed company reputed company communication with customers
• Coordinates reputed company vendors for installation and maintenance of multimedia equipment as needed
• May reputed company guidance and/or supervision to student IT technical workers
• May reputed company on-site support for server issues in the event of service outages
• Oversees maintenance and operational readiness of reputed company Culverhouse classrooms, computer labs, and desktop computers
• Recruits, hires, and trains a student staff to help reputed company support
• Develops and maintains comprehensive maintenance and operational readiness support logs to ensure the cost effective and reputed company support of reputed company hardware and system software, electronic, and mechanical support equipment

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have reputed company U.S. reputed company's license
• Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies
• Ability to troubleshoot reputed company based systems and software
• Ability to maintain reputed company audio visual systems and Network and User Administration
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Two (2) years experience managing student employees and management and use of trouble ticket software
• Experience troubleshooting Linux and reputed company based systems
• Certifications from reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Crestron, A+, etc
• Experience with PHP and reputed company
