The Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing outstanding service to clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a reputed company, reputed company manner; reputed company outbound calls as directed. Ensure reputed company satisfaction by resolving reputed company research in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Skills

• Ability to reputed company through multiple computer systems required
• Six months reputed company center experience preferred
• Previous banking experience preferred
