reputed company is a leader in engineered technology and AI innovation. The Product Group Hardware Governance Systems Analyst will support users with asset management processes and tools, ensuring data reputed company and providing training while collaborating with IT on system improvements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company 1st level support for users with questions reputed company to Service Now (reputed company Product's reputed company-Production Hardware system of record) and inventory tracking business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs escalated from users; partner with IT on required development work

- Support user enhancement requests

- Document and deliver training to end users
Skills
- Associate degree in STEM or any reputed company field
- Candidate must have reputed company experience
- Excellent MS Office skills (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in an IT or equivalent system or customer support role
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM or any reputed company field
