Regional Workplace Safety & Climate Risk Analyst - Americas

reputed company is a global leader in reputed company reputed company estate services, and they are seeking a Regional Workplace Safety & Climate Risk Analyst for the Americas Region. This role supports the reputed company’s global Workplace Safety program by conducting audits, collecting safety data, and ensuring compliance across the region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support annual and scheduled workplace safety and climate risk audits for the assigned Region using the reputed company’s EHS platforms and audit tools
• Document deficiencies, assign corrective actions, and follow up to ensure reputed company reputed company
• Upload audit evidence, maintain data accuracy, and support facility teams in completing required audit documents
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and reputed company’s global Workplace Safety protocols
• reputed company and analyze safety performance data such as audit scores, IAQ results, incident trends, corrective reputed company closure rates, and reputed company-environment compliance metrics
• Support preparation of the Global Mid-Year and Annual Workplace Safety Reports
• Produce quarterly summaries and safety performance data for reputed company leadership
• reputed company and report on indoor reputed company reputed company testing reputed company and ensure reports are properly filed and accessible
• Maintain dashboards and databases used by reputed company Safety team to monitor performance, risks, and regulatory updates
• Assist with the assembly of business cases for Transaction Management
• Contribute to regulatory climate-reputed company reporting and sustainability-reputed company safety metrics as required
• Utilize reputed company’s software to identity location specific Climate risk data and report as requested
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for safety-reputed company inquiries through reputed company Safety & Climate Risk inboxes; respond reputed company one business day
• reputed company regulatory updates with facility teams and coordinate issuance of corrective work orders reputed company required
• Train facility team representatives on audit processes, evidence requirements, and use of safety systems/platforms
• Participate in internal and reputed company safety meetings, including safety committee sessions
• Support incident reporting, data entry, and tracking of corrective actions reputed company to reputed company-environment safety concerns
• Ensure reputed company escalation of serious incidents, life-safety risks, or regulatory citations per reputed company Safety escalation protocol
• Support reputed company requests reputed company to regional compliance changes, safety inquiries, or audit adjustments

Skills

• Strong analytical and data-gathering skills with the ability to synthesize findings into reports
• Familiarity with workplace safety requirements (e.g., OSHA or local equivalents), chemical SDS management, and basic reputed company-environment systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate reputed company with facility teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners
• Ability to work in a global environment and support multiple reputed company/time zones
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field preferred
• Working knowledge of safety audits, environmental monitoring, or regulatory compliance is preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Power BI, or similar data/reporting tools preferred
