Branch Support Analyst- Licensing and Controls (Strong Entry-Level Role) (HYBRID)
Equitable is a company committed to helping clients secure their financial well-being. They are seeking a Branch Support Analyst to provide customer service support and maintain licensing and registration records for branches.
Responsibilities
- Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records
- Function as an information resource and quality control
- Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs
- Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates
- Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications

- Strong work ethics, reliable and innovative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and able to prioritize in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
- Great organizational skills
- Good team player and willing to learn additional support functions, as needed
- Proficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry preferred
