The Experiential Assistant plays a vital role in supporting accounts and production teams, ensuring smooth event execution and effective reputed company account management through administrative tasks and hands-on coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize reputed company meetings, including reputed company offs, status calls, working sessions, and brainstorms
• Manage documentation of meeting notes from reputed company meetings including reputed company items for stakeholders to reputed company upon
• Organize and maintain project files and records, shared folders, and drives, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members
• Handle finance administrative tasks reputed company to event reputed company such as assisting with reputed company new vendors, processing vendor invoicing, and creating POs
• Manage deck updates including editing copy, proofreading documents, and ensuring reputed company
• Assist with managing reputed company inquiries, requests, and changes throughout the planning and execution process

Skills

• 0-1 year of experience
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in reputed company setting
• Must be reputed company to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsite
• Must be reputed company to work outdoors in various weather conditions
