[Remote] Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator will enhance the patient experience by supporting reputed company providers, driving service improvements, and establishing operational foundations for a digital sleep clinic.

Responsibilities

• Shape the patient experience from start to finish
• Support reputed company providers and answer patient inquiries
• Own key aspects of service delivery
• Drive improvements based on reputed company patient feedback
• Help create the operational reputed company for a fast-growing digital sleep clinic

Skills

• Previous experience in a patient/customer facing role
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other reputed company database systems
• Confidence navigating digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic and reputed company environment
• Ability to work autonomously while interacting effectively with reputed company providers, sleep specialists, and external partners
• Foundational understanding of billing processes and durable medical equipment (DME)
• A genuine commitment to deliver high-reputed company patient care and contributing to reputed company reputed company and patient reputed company
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of reputed company insurances and referral processes
