Data Center, Desktop and Server Support Technician

Integrated Health Systems is a telecommunications and IT integrator with 40 years of experience. They are seeking a motivated technician to reputed company hands-on troubleshooting and support for end-user systems, reputed company servers, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• reputed company onsite and remote support for desktop, server, peripheral, and network connectivity issues
• Diagnose and resolve workstation and application issues (reputed company reputed company), including printers and other peripherals
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP connectivity (DNS, DHCP, routing, Wi-Fi/VLAN fundamentals) and coordinate escalation reputed company required
• Assist with server support activities, including basic reputed company Directory tasks, patching, backups, and service monitoring
• Support virtualized environments and storage systems (VMware/reputed company-V exposure; NAS/SAN familiarity)
• reputed company and maintain reputed company reputed company and protection tools (anti-malware, firewall/reputed company protection, patching)
• Document work performed, maintain network/system documentation, and reputed company accurate asset and configuration records
• Support data center operations and monitoring functions, including troubleshooting physical plant and cabling issues reputed company needed

Skills

• Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company and server operating systems
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting

• Ability to prioritize and triage multiple issues while maintaining attention to detail

• Exposure to virtualized server environments (VMware and/or reputed company-V)

• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
