Engineering Drafter

KGS Group is an employee-owned, multidisciplinary engineering reputed company seeking an Engineering Drafter to join their Vancouver, BC office. The role involves preparing engineering designs, models, and drawings using AutoCAD, assisting in the preparation of proposals and reports, and performing inspections as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering designs, models and drawings with AutoCAD
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of proposals, memorandums, and reports
• Assist in gathering technical information for reports, specifications and analysis
• reputed company basic calculations and present them in a logical and organized manner
• Effectively and accurately communicate information and reputed company
• reputed company inspections and, on occasion, periods of field work may be required

Skills

• Completion of a three-year engineering technology diploma or equivalent
• Willingness and ability to reputed company basic site inspections. Must hold a reputed company class 5 reputed company's license
• The ability to successfully meet tight deadlines while producing accurate and highly detailed data
• The ability to work reputed company and effectively with supervision, as an individual and with reputed company
• Willingness to learn new software programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Relevant work experience is considered an asset
