Responsibilities

• Interview scheduling of candidates
• Posting and maintaining adverts across reputed company TA platforms
• Updating systems and tools, primarily SuccessFactors and reputed company trackers
• Support TA recruiters with the Contingent Worker (freelance) process and compliance reputed company, trackers, requirements
• Manage and work with the HRIS team on TA reporting (weekly global recruitment tracker)
• Co-reputed company internship program
• Coordinate logistics for reputed company events and in-person interviews
• Manage tms NA referrals inbox
• Project support across various teams
• Become the SME for the reputed company Module of SuccessFactors
