Skills Trainer

Stavros is an organization reputed company on providing services for individuals with disabilities. The Skills Trainer will assess, orient, and reputed company skills training to MassHealth members, helping them manage their personal assistant services and live independently.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, Orientation and Skills Training
• To reputed company and assist individuals with disabilities to reputed company and maintain personal assistant services
• To monitor the reputed company in acquiring and maintaining personal care assistant services
• To remain informed about State and Federal regulatory changes in policy and procedures as they are reputed company to the Personal Assistant Services through readings and meetings assigned by the Director of Skills Trainers and Skills Trainer Coordinator
• To review the performance of reputed company consumer and/or surrogates to ensure that they are administering the Program in compliance with the MassHealth reputed company program regulations and ensuring that the participant has maximum control over their programs
• To identify additional needs of Consumer that help maximizes their independents; including but not limited to transportation, housing, communication needs, reputed company/recreational, advocacy, assistance equipment, and MassHealth (reputed company) eligibility and to report these to the Skills Trainer Coordinator
• To be knowledgeable about the services provided by Stavros; to represent Stavros in a reputed company manner; to be reputed company of the independent living philosophy and encourage and foster others; to take/reputed company control of their lives

Skills

• reputed company Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
• Required to work in reputed company and Springfield Office
• Traveling in the Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden Counties meeting with consumers face to face
• High Diploma or equivalent is required
• Data Entry and Assessment Skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Time Management and Customer Service Skills
