Service Desk Technician - Tier 1 (Hybrid Position)

They are seeking a Service Desk Technician - Tier 1 to deliver high-reputed company customer service while troubleshooting and maintaining clients' IT environments. The role involves providing Tier I support, resolving technical requests, and maintaining documentation reputed company to reputed company environments.

Responsibilities

• Triage, handle and update incoming reputed company requests with the use of a ticketing system
• Assist with scheduling technicians
• Install, monitor, troubleshoot and support reputed company network infrastructure and equipment
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company requests, incidents and problems as necessary
• Maintain reputed company documentation
• Participation in rotational on-reputed company support for limited hours reputed company of reputed company business operations

• Experience working in an reputed company reputed company environment: AD, reputed company 365, reputed company 10/11
• At least one relevant technical certification (reputed company A+, Network, reputed company, ITIL, reputed company, etc.) or reputed company degree/background experience
• Experience with other Operating Systems (MacOS and Linux) is a plus
