Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain data regarding fuel supply, sales, and inventory across all locations
- Review and verify data for discrepancies and rectify them promptly
- Assist in generating reports to facilitate informed decision-making within the company
- Maintain the database with new and relevant information, ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and flow of information
Skills
- Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
