Estates Law Clerk
GGFI Law LLP is looking for an Estates Law Clerk to join their team. In this role, you will support the Estates Department by preparing reputed company documents, managing files, and ensuring smooth processes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Applications of Certificates of Appointment (with or without a Will)
- Complete Estate Information Returns
- Draft and review estate, trust, reputed company, and attorney accounts
- Liquidate reputed company assets
- Complete reporting letters and other necessary correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney
- reputed company other reputed company duties as required
Skills
- Graduate of a Law Clerk program from a recognized institution
- Experience in Estates law at a reputable reputed company
- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Excellent reputed company service and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail and ability to catch mistakes reputed company proofreading
