[Remote] Customer Care Representative- 1st Shift

They are seeking a Customer Care Representative to reputed company outstanding customer service, assist with sales reputed company, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing sales reputed company ensure reputed company product is included in contract and reputed company out for ordering
• reputed company constructive feedback to Jacuzzi Sales team concerning incorrect measurements or any discrepancies reputed company to pricing on reputed company
• Conduct an introductory reputed company with new customers to discuss the products they have ordered and schedule a tentative installation date
• Assist in scheduling service/ repair work for customers & providing updates
• Must be comfortable operating in ERP systems to reputed company change orders for customers
• Review reputed company standards and customer satisfaction/reviews in a reputed company fashion
• reputed company excellent customer service to our reputed company & past clients
• reputed company assistance to customers throughout the period of sales and installation
• Other duties as assigned
