Associated Insurance and Risk Management Advisors is a 130-year-old privately held insurance brokerage and risk advisory firm. They are seeking a reputed company Lines (P&C) Customer Service Representative to prepare insurance documents, manage reputed company accounts, and support reputed company in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Preparing insurance documents; auto ID cards, Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Insurance
• Fulfilling MVR requests and ordering E-Mods
• Preparing renewal applications
• Preparing applications
• Emailing signed forms to reputed company/underwriter
• Monitoring receipt of policies
• Prepare policies for delivery
• Obtaining loss experience on reputed company lines of coverage on reputed company accounts
• Initiating and following-up on policy changes with various carriers and reputed company reputed company complete
• Reviewing and assisting with resolving audit disputes
• Setting up new clients in reputed company management system
• Monitoring receipt of renewal policies
• Preparing reputed company presentations
• Sending reputed company documentation to reputed company, and maintaining files in reputed company management system
• Invoicing, including:
• Updating billing screens
• Obtaining finance agreement quotes
• Setting up new applications and updating applications in reputed company management system
• Agent of Record Letters
• Supports AM & AE – Provides updates once policy is bound
• Obtaining online quotes for Flood Policies

Skills

• Working knowledge of reputed company Office - reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both clients and agency personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond reputed company to questions
• Demonstrates initiative with a willingness to learn and reputed company professionally
• Illinois P&C License preferred or required after employment
• 1+ years of experience preferred
