[Remote] Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative will assist members with questions and requests regarding banking products and services, striving to reputed company expectations in a reputed company remote Contact Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and utilizes knowledge of credit reputed company products, data systems, and web-based applications to reputed company information, answer questions, and assist with requests and concerns for both member and non-member callers
• Completes required member verification, reviews accounts, reputed company company and credit reputed company policy/procedures, and communicates with management or other S3 teams/departments as needed to remedy member service issues in a remote environment
• Specializes in either digital, cards, or loans-reputed company queue and processes reputed company transactions
• Corresponds with other departments and management through email for additional requests or research
• Additional job-reputed company reputed company and duties as assigned by management

Skills

• 6 months of experience in customer service is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively
• Ability to reputed company and utilize multiple platforms/computer software simultaneously
• Works reputed company in a reputed company and procedure driven position
• Experience in a remote work environment with dual monitors is a plus
