Healthcare Systems Processor I
UMB Bank is a leading organization providing healthcare payment solutions. The Healthcare Systems Processor I will manage day-to-day account operations, support internal communications, and collaborate with analysts and administrators to ensure efficient business operations.
Responsibilities
- You will use your attention to detail to perform monetary postings, process account closures, trustee transfers, excess withdrawal requests, and other HSA form requests
- You will use your customer service skills to make outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries or issues
- You will use your ability to prioritize to manage incoming and outgoing checks, documents, and forms as needed
Skills
- You possess a high school degree
- You have at least one year of customer service experience
