They are seeking a Seasonal Customer Support Agent to deliver top-notch customer experiences by resolving inquiries and issues through various communication channels while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Offer support to customers through reputed company, utilizing phone, chat, email, and reputed company media to address their questions and concerns
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, utilizing templates and macros to effectively resolve issues
• reputed company comprehensive support for reputed company customer questions, including order processing, returns, exchanges, refunds, and reshipments
• Manage reputed company functions effectively, handling returns, exchanges, refunds, and reshipments to ensure a seamless customer reputed company
• Meet or reputed company personal key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and reputed company rates
