Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and service tickets
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build reputed company rapport with reputed company customers
• Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, reputed company solutions
• Create and manage customer cases using information provided by customers
