Growth Marketing Hacker
Nimble is a pioneering business external data platform that simplifies data-driven decision-making through AI-powered technology. The Growth Marketing Hacker will be responsible for building and automating marketing workflows, optimizing lead conversion processes, and providing AI-driven insights to support the Growth team.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-assisted marketing workflows
- Automate research, segmentation, enrichment, and validation steps
- Build and maintain workflows using n8n, Clay, LLMs or similar tools
- Speed up audience insights, lead processing, and campaign readiness
- Ensure data flows cleanly into HubSpot
- Automate inbound lead follow-up, qualification logic, and meeting booking flows
- Build AI-driven inbound nurture sequences that respond like a human SDR
- Create automated inbound cadences that feel personal and human
- Use AI to generate tailored responses, qualification questions, and follow-ups
- Build scoring, routing, and booking workflows to maximize sales handoff
- Ensure no lead falls through the cracks — ever
- Continuously test new approaches to improve speed-to-lead & conversion rates
- Use AI to dissect ICPs, segments, and intent signals
- Rapidly test new marketing hypotheses and audiences
- Identify patterns, opportunities, and messaging angles
- Summarize qualitative data from users, campaigns, or research
- Develop AI helpers for tagging, clustering, and cleaning marketing data
- Create no-code or light-code tools that accelerate marketing workflows
- Automate competitor and channel monitoring
- Set up dashboards and reports that give the team real-time insights
- Work with the Director of Growth to identify bottlenecks
- Run micro-experiments to improve funnel efficiency
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and implement the best ones
- Document processes and build reusable playbooks
Skills
- Familiarity with ChatGPT / Claude
- N8n (or Zapier/Make)
- Clay
- HubSpot
- (Bonus) basic scripting, APIs, or webhooks
- Exposure to AI SDR or email tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, or similar)
- Comfort using analytics dashboards (GA4 or HubSpot reporting)
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, ICPs, segmentation, and messaging
- Ability to map processes and convert them into automated systems
