HIM Chart Analyst

The reputed company (UMMS) is an reputed company private health system reputed company on delivering high-reputed company care. They are seeking a HIM Chart Analyst to reputed company reputed company analysis on patient records for completeness and to ensure compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily analysis on appropriate patient records
• Validates the correct assignment of the deficiency to the provider. Analyzes the patient’s medical record to ensure that the correct deficiency and provider have been identified. If needed makes corrections and addresses any deficiencies with support from the provider
• Works with the Medical Staff to ensure that the chart completion process is reputed company and efficient. Generates physician record completion information on demand. Prepares and maintains incomplete and delinquent medical record lists/letters and notifies provider according to physician escalation protocol
• Reviews assigned electronic work lists daily and ensures reputed company processing of reputed company work items on work lists. Communicates with the Supervisor or appropriate up-line any concerns in a reputed company manner. Maintains expected productivity and reputed company standards. Completes and submits productivity reports on a weekly reputed company
• Where applicable- Gathers the information needed to ensure accurate completion of birth certificate worksheets. Ensures accurate and reputed company completion of birth certificate filing with the state in compliance with state regulations and guidelines

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a hospital Health Information Management Department
• Associate Degree in HIM or reputed company field
• Two years previous experience in a hospital Health Information Management Department with additional experience in reputed company analysis or similar function
