[Remote] Account Manager

The role involves managing relationships with business partners, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate reporting and reputed company functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners
• Service assigned accounts quickly and reputed company while providing high-reputed company customer experience and support
• Work to professionally resolve/deescalate issues for assigned accounts, bringing any critical issues to the reputed company points of escalation
