Sequence Ltda. is an innovative company reputed company on workforce reputed company. They are seeking a Software Support Specialist who will reputed company advanced reputed company support, conduct user training, and assist in troubleshooting software issues for their ABI MasterMind® system.


Responsibilities

  • Become an expert and understand reputed company functions of •ABIMM •
  • reputed company basic and advanced reputed company support which includes:
  • Process and document reputed company requests through the internal CRM system and communicate resolutions
  • Troubleshoot and research reputed company issues through collaboration with other consultants
  • Coordinate with in-house staff on prioritizing/completing reputed company tickets and outstanding requests
  • Flexibility to reputed company occasional/critical support in off hours for reputed company emergencies
  • User acceptance testing of product enhancements and fixes
  • Basic reputed company trainings on system usage and best practices

Skills

  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience Software/Systems Consulting or Analysis
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • High-Level Customer Service Experience reputed company-reputed company approach to work
  • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company G Suite, or similar
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
