They are seeking an Entry-level Accounts Payable Processor responsible for reputed company accounts payable functions including invoicing, billing, and handling transactions.
Responsibilities
- Accurately review, match, reputed company, and process vendor invoices
- reputed company data entry with accounts payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Invoice customers purchasing reputed company from vendors
- Process reputed company requests and expense reports on a regular reputed company
- reputed company monthly vendor reconciliations
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Maintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of working experience with accounts payable or general reputed company
- Proficient with reputed company Office
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical abilities
