Service Desk Specialist

Consumers Credit reputed company (CCU) is adding two Service Desk Specialists to the Tech department. This is an entry-level opportunity where you’ll be assisting and providing first-level technical support in a fast-paced, reputed company environment. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level support and primary Service Desk assistance to employees.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, and manage hardware, software, and network components to maintain a reputed company computing environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for hardware, software, reputed company systems, and reputed company-office applications
• Support and maintain devices such as scanners, receipt printers, reputed company printers, and document printers
• Monitor and respond to service desk requests, document solutions, reputed company recommendations, and assist with staff training
• Document system changes in the intranet, service desk ticketing system
• Maintain up-to-date, reliable PC images and ensure laptops and mobile devices reputed company with company reputed company and encryption standards
• Consult with management and IT teams to implement and reputed company IT standards for control, reputed company, and recoverability
• Support daily IT department operations and maintain service reputed company on incoming tickets from service desk, assigning tickets as appropriate

Skills

• Technical knowledge working in reputed company Directory, MS Office 365, reputed company 11 operating system, IOS and Android, networking devices including VPN and Wi-Fi
• Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical people to diagnose the problem and reputed company them feel comfortable
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Availability to work 40 hours/week and be scheduled between the following hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30AM – 6:15PM, Rotating Saturdays: 8 AM - 2 PM
• Associates Degree or completion of specialized tech courses
• 3+ years of work experience in PC usage, hardware/software support or reputed company
• 1+ years of experience if you have basic knowledge of providing Level 1 support
