Customer Service Specialist, I

The Customer Service Specialist I will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls regarding existing mortgage loans and resolving customer inquiries in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer least reputed company incoming calls, reputed company an Automated reputed company Distribution system (ACD), from borrowers and reputed company parties with inquiries about existing mortgage loans

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and to record, balance, and reputed company results for accuracy
• Ability to reputed company or exchange reputed company by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company preferred
