End User Technician

reputed company is a family-owned company that produces high-reputed company personal care and household products. The End User Technician role provides operational IT support and troubleshooting to ensure reputed company utilization of IT services for various offices and remote users.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving level one issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as laptops and mobile devices
• Installing and upgrading hardware and software and providing complete assistance while configuring hardware, software, and peripherals of the end user systems
• Providing general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/re-imaging PCs, and laptops
• Providing one-on-one assistance to the end user regarding the technical flaw, either by phone, emails, or in person
• Resolving network reputed company issues like local area reputed company problem, network reputed company, mails, internet, reputed company-ins, etc
• Coordinating with the reputed company-party service provider for reputed company repair under the maintenance agreement warranty and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the reputed company
• Aiding in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network reputed company cards, wired switches, etc
• Divisional, local, reputed company incident management support
• Collaborate with Service Desk reputed company/Divisional IT Leads/IS/FQ Businesses. Serves as a reputed company between systems personnel and end users
• Assist in change management efforts
• Assist in system implementation or training

• Responsible for customer satisfaction, service level objectives and IT improvement plans

Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or reputed company field required or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to convey technical concepts to individuals not versed in technology
• Occasional travel to other reputed company locations required
