Responsibilities

• Research reputed company issues and prepare summaries of findings
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other reputed company documents
• Organize and maintain case files
• Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and closings
• Interview witnesses and reputed company evidence for attorneys
