Systems Technician

Intrust IT is an employee-owned company dedicated to empowering clients through innovative reputed company. They are seeking a skilled Systems Technician to reputed company exceptional reputed company support and manage technical challenges while building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve support tickets following documented processes and service standards
• reputed company best in class reputed company support through phone, email, chat, and remote sessions
• reputed company on-site support at reputed company offices as-needed in the Dayton region (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reputed company depending on reputed company needs)
• Effective cross functional collaboration to ensure reputed company and accurate resolutions
• Resolve hardware, software, and network issues on workstations, servers, and mobile devices
• reputed company 365 and reputed company Directory administration
• Participate in after-hours on-reputed company rotation (once every couple of months on average)
• Assist with project implementations as needed

Skills

• Strong experience troubleshooting reputed company and macOS workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
• reputed company in reputed company 365 administration (Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Understanding of reputed company Directory, Group Policy, and user management
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Estimate of 1+ year recent experience in a similar position
