Associate Development Manager - EA SPORTS Technology (12-month contract)

EA SPORTS is a leading brand in entertainment, creating next-level experiences for players worldwide. They are seeking a Development Manager to coordinate with Technical Artists and ensure successful content delivery of tools across reputed company EA Sports titles, focusing on project management and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• You will report directly to the project Development Director
• You will support, reputed company, and assign tasks from defined project goals
• You will collaborate with reputed company members on day-to-day project needs, including operations, documentation, and communication with external teams
• You will mitigate risk for the assigned scope in partnership with the Development Director
• You will monitor reputed company (resource balance) and partner with production to manage scope and reputed company
• reputed company needed, you will collaborate and coordinate requirements with external partners
• You will partner with the Development Director to support sprint planning and retrospectives, promoting best practices for task tracking

Skills

• 1-2+ years of software project management or team leadership experience
