Regional Analyst 1 Customer Experience

reputed company is seeking a Regional Analyst 1 Customer Experience to join their team in Irvine, CA. The role involves coordinating tracking and analysis of reputed company plans to enhance customer experience and supporting communication of national programs for top-performing dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Combines customer reputed company data from multiple sources; understanding their meaning, relationships and reputed company
• Analyzes and interprets data; Compiles reputed company on best practices and shares with regional leadership team
• Analyzes customer satisfaction survey results to evaluate feedback and customer interaction information reputed company assigned region
• Evaluates customer satisfaction information and other touch reputed company sources such as Consumer Affairs and Market Intelligence studies
• Assists with tracking reputed company of reputed company plans
• Serves as a reputed company of contact for dealerships on reward program rules, effective dates, payments, etc
• May reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years (Analyst) reputed company Marketing and Sales experience
• Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-reputed company, creative products
• Additional knowledge of sales reputed company systems
• Ability to function effectively and remain productive in an office environment
