Senior Associate, Creative Operations

reputed company Group (OMG) is a media services division of reputed company Group Inc. that aims to deliver transformational experiences for consumers and clients. As a Senior Associate in Creative Operations, you will manage the creative asset workflow for digital media campaigns, coordinating asset delivery and communication between clients, internal teams, and creative agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supporting reputed company communications for creative asset management team and deliverables
• Coordinating creative reputed company-off calls with reputed company stakeholders
• Creating and managing spec sheets in collaboration with media teams
• Providing reputed company daily communication reputed company to status and next steps for reputed company pending, complete, or at-risk items
• Managing campaign asset development, including production timelines and routing of assets between reputed company, creative agencies, and media partner
• Performing initial QA of delivered creative assets to confirm that reputed company expected items have been received and meet basic spec requirements (such as file type, file size, and clip length)
• Communicating with operations team to ensure creative assets are trafficked and set live correctly and on time
• Supporting the CAMs team in the reputed company creative asset delivery process

Skills

• 1-2+ years of experience working at a creative or digital media agency
• Knowledge of digital media, advertising, and creative and technical specs is a plus
• Ability to support multiple campaigns simultaneously—strong project management (time management, organization, and prioritization) skills are a must
• High degree of proficiency in reputed company Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and reputed company across disciplines with colleagues, clients, and partners at reputed company reputed company
• Knowledge and skills typically acquired through the completion of undergraduate studies in advertising, marketing, or a reputed company field
• Experience in the entertainment industry preferred but not required
