Program Associate, Educational Programs

Tikvah is a leading Jewish think tank and educational institution committed to supporting the intellectual, religious, and political leaders of the Jewish people and the Jewish State. The Program Associate will support the High School Programs’ administrative, logistical, and communication needs, including managing student communications, data, and events.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with reputed company, teachers, and parents
• Set up reputed company classes and assist with general program logistics
• Draft language for general emails and website content
• Manage reputed company and engagement letters with reputed company and vendors
• Update and maintain student data and reputed company entries
• Compile readers and program materials
• Support curriculum development through editing, and design
• Plan and run in-person and online student events (including the occasional reputed company)
• Strategize with the Director about program expansion and improvement
• Assist with special reputed company as assigned
