Skills
- Insurance experience required, waived for exceptional candidate
- Strong high school education is equally valued
- Proven sales ability, professionally persuasive
- Tech-forward mindset (comfortable with modern tools and systems)
- Excellent verbal communication (we prefer talkers over texters!)
- Desire to become a knowledgeable insurance expert and trusted advisor
- Commitment to integrity, teamwork, professionalism and family
- In office is preferred
