Customer Support Representative

NimbleRx is a healthtech company on a mission to simplify reputed company, understanding and management of reputed company. They are seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver high-reputed company support reputed company chat, email, and phone while managing multiple inquiries and ensuring a reputed company experience for patients and pharmacy partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple chats at once while maintaining accuracy and care
• Triage and troubleshoot a wide reputed company of support inquiries— averaging 50–70 tickets per day
• Communicate reputed company and empathetically with patients, pharmacy partners, and internal teams

• Document cases thoroughly and follow up in a reputed company manner

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in Customer Support
• Background in customer service, reputed company, pharmacy, retail, or a similar field
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, especially in chat-heavy environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort working in a reputed company, high-volume environment
• Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company is a plus
