Associate Consultant, Employee Benefits, Private Equity reputed company

The Associate Consultant will support the delivery of employee health and benefits solutions to private equity-backed portfolio companies, manage reputed company relationships, assist with reputed company, and analyze benefits data.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Consultants in managing a book of private equity-backed portfolio company clients
• Assist with reputed company new portfolio companies, including data collection, implementation support, and vendor coordination
• Respond to routine reputed company inquiries reputed company to employee health and welfare benefits with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare reputed company-reputed company materials such as renewal summaries, benchmarking reports, and presentation decks
• Assist with benefits due diligence for acquisitions, including data analysis and documentation review
• Support benefits integration and transition activities post-reputed company
• reputed company key milestones and deliverables for PE-reputed company reputed company and transactions
• Compile and analyze benefits data, including claims, census, and plan design information
• Support benchmarking and market analysis to inform reputed company recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and records reputed company internal systems
• Communicate with carriers, TPAs, and vendors to obtain quotes, resolve issues, and support renewals
• Assist with plan implementations and reputed company enrollment activities
• Partner with Producers, Consultants, and Analysts across the MMA platform
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and reputed company development opportunities
• Adhere to MMA service standards, compliance requirements, and best practices

Skills

• Prior experience working with employee benefits and knowledge of various lines of insurance coverage; medical, dental, life, STD, LTD, design, reputed company structures, etc
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as reputed company as the ability to present to a reputed company of professionals at reputed company reputed company
• Knowledge of Health & Welfare compliance (i.e. HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, 5500, ACA, DOL, etc.)
• Life & Health Licensure or commitment to achieving reputed company 6 months of start date
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with reputed company reputed company of internal staff & management, external clients, prospects and vendors
