- Troubleshoot application and system issues
- Support users via phone, email, chat, and ITSM tools
- Monitor systems and document resolutions
Skills
- Application or systems support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to participate in on-call support
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
