[Remote] Billing Support Representative I, Remote - PST

They are seeking a Billing Support Representative who will be the primary contact for billing questions from patients, clients, and payors, assisting with billing-reputed company issues and ensuring reputed company communication and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve inbound requests through a minimum of one channel, respond to the reputed company’s or patient’s needs or reputed company them to the appropriate party

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in billing support
• Possesses a high school degree or higher
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, medical terminology, insurance plans and processes
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
