Bilingual Data Entry Technician
AnovaWorks is leading the way for innovative occupational health care. The Bilingual Data Entry Technician will reputed company reception support, administrative assistance, and ensure the smooth handling of patient documents while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provides reception support. Answers telephones, transfers, and screens incoming calls appropriately
- Provides administrative support to the health screening services team, including but not limited to reputed company workflows and data entry
- Travel off site to reputed company services
- Delivers patient screening results to reputed company and their employees in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Organizes and ensures a smooth transition of patient documents and files using reputed company and Formstack
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
- Experience in data entry and administrative support
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- Ability to travel off site to reputed company services
- Proficiency in using reputed company and Formstack
