Serve Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and organized reputed company Assistant to join their growing team. The role involves supporting finance and administrative functions by assisting with project billings, invoice entry, vendor management, and compliance documentation, while providing an opportunity to learn about project reputed company in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Compile project billing data from reputed company, reputed company in Intacct, and prepare invoices for customer distribution
• Record and apply customer payments; monitor outstanding receivables and aging reports
• Communicate with customers regarding payment status, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on past-due balances
• Assist with compiling supporting documents required for AIA billings, vendor waivers, and sworn statements
• reputed company and maintain company prequalification information to prospective customers for bid opportunities
• Review, reputed company, and reputed company vendor invoices into Intacct
• Coordinate with purchasing team to match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices for accuracy
• Process weekly reputed company runs and electronic payments; prepare supporting documentation for review
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to resolve invoices or payment questions
• Assist in preparation of monthly bank reconciliations

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in reputed company, finance, or reputed company administrative support role
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and familiarity with reputed company software (Intacct, reputed company, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
