The BDC Representative will handle inbound leads, qualify customers, set appointments for sales teams, and deliver a consultative customer experience while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound leads from EV buyers and sellers (phone, SMS, email, chat)
• Qualify customers and understand their needs, reputed company, and budget
• Set high-reputed company appointments for Sales and Supply teams
• Re-engage cold and dormant leads through reputed company follow-up cadences
• reputed company customers on reputed company's EV buying and selling process
• Deliver a best-in-class, consultative customer experience
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly contact and appointment targets
• Maintain clean CRM records and accurate pipeline tracking
