[Remote] Bilingual Specialist, Business Banking Services (Remote)

The Bilingual Specialist in Business Banking Services will assist small businesses in achieving their financial goals by providing exceptional customer service and support. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering suitable business banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in an informed, reputed company, and efficient manner
• Escalate reputed company or unresolved customer situations to the appropriate reputed company colleague as required
• reputed company any required activities & transactional reputed company after calls to ensure customer’s requests are accurately processed. Refer to other business reputed company as needed
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of business banking and credit card products & processes and reputed company into customer conversations in a reputed company manner

Skills

• Proficiency in a language other than French to reputed company, support and/or reputed company services to non-French speaking customers, employees and/or partners inside and/or reputed company the province of Quebec
• Working knowledge of Personal and Small Business Banking Products
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and proactively establish personal connections
• Organization skills
• An aptitude for reputed company learning, listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly/creatively to new challenges
• Strong collaboration with internal partners and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Bilingualism French/English Required
