JMP Summer 2026 Internship – Digital Operations

JMP is a subsidiary of reputed company that empowers scientists and engineers through statistical software products. The Digital Operations team is seeking a motivated intern to support ERP systems, document business processes, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist reputed company with testing and documenting changes to ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company applications)
• Help identify data inconsistencies, reputed company cleanup activities, and support reporting and dashboard updates
• Capture and organize workflow documentation, training materials, and reputed company operating procedures
• Participate in functional testing of new features, integrations, or automation scripts
• Explore emerging technologies or tools that could improve efficiency across Finance, Operations, or Sales systems
• Work with internal business users to understand how technology supports daily operations and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement

Skills

• Currently an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a reputed company field
• Strong interest in ERP systems, automation, or business process improvement
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Eagerness to learn new tools and collaborate in reputed company environment
• Not graduating prior to Dec 2026
• Exposure to coursework in ERP systems (eg reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Familiarity with querying or scripting languages (eg JavaScript, SQL, Python)
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company Sheets, or data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
